  Please read our Terms and Conditions ("Policy") carefully. The Policy governs your use of the SaveonFaucet.com ("Site"), and the services and products provided through or in connection with the Site.
  This Policy may be changed at anytime without further notice, as our business grows and evolves. Each time you use the Site, you understand that you have read and agree with the Policy.
  All relevant local, state, national and international laws and regulations are applied to the Service. Your activity on the Site is subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures.
  •Purchases
 The options to make a purchase:
   a) using our on-line shopping cart;
   b) by fax;
   c) using Google Checkout.
   d) using PayPal Express Checkout.
   Sorry, but any other ways of payments are not acceptable.
  Once you have placed an order, you receive the order confirmation email from us or a confirmation email from Google Checkout if you've placed order using Google Checkout. If you do not get it within a reasonable period of time, please contact us.
  The Credit Cards we accept:   VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discovery issued in United States.
  The financial information (credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address, etc.) that we require from you is used for billing purposes only.
  In order to serve you better, credit card on-Site transactions are handled by a reputable third-party banking institution. All banking institutions and third parties, under strict obligation, keep the received personal information privately. Once the bank verifies and authorizes your credit card for your order's total amount, we begin processing your order. If your item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the following business day. If your order is temporarily out of stock or is a special order item, we will contact you by e-mail with the order's lead time. If we do not receive a respond from you that you have no time to wait and want to cancel the order, then your order will be processed and have backorder status. As soon as an item is back to stock we schedule the delivery.
Note: All information, such as: products descriptions and installations, products' images, color/finish information and images, special notes and etc.; are provided by our suppliers and manufacturers and revealed on Site as unverified or unsubstantiated. Some products' images show more then one product (the purpose of such images is to show product's functionality). In this case, please, refer to product's description to determine which one is available to purchase. Some products cannot be purchased, but cannot be installed without required components. References to the required components' model numbers and/or product name are given in product description. Additionally, due to the technical differences in computer monitors, products finishes/colors cannot be represented with all their true qualities and/or colors. The images should only be considered as a guide. Before making a purchase, please read carefully the product's description in full, including installation instructions and specification details which are usually given under hyperlinks in product's description body. If you still have any doubts, please, contact the manufacturer directly.
Note: We try to be as accurate as possible in the content of the Site and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that any product, descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the Site is accurate, complete or current. SaveonFaucet.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed onto any product which is listed at an incorrect price. If an item was ordered at incorrect price, we will contact you before charging your credit card.

  Sales Tax
  Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in New Jersey based on the prevailing rate of New Jersey sales tax. The sales tax will be removed from the orders' total amount prior order's procession if a tax exempt organizations located in New Jersey fax a copy of their tax exempt certificate and a copy of their invoice ( order's confirmation email ) to 973-689-9595. For all orders outside of New Jersey, no sales tax is charged.
Note: Due to the different version of browsers and operating systems, the New Jersey Sales Tax may not be automatically calculated at the time of placing the order. In this case the NJ Sales Tax will be added to your Total Amount on order's procession.

  Security
  The Site does not sell, share or loan your confidential information which may identify you to unauthorized third parties. We are very particular at protecting your privacy. The personal information is used to process your order only. The Site uses encrypted technology ( certificate name: Thawte SSL 123 Certificate, issued for www.saveonfaucet.com ) to protect the information from unauthorized third parties. However, we can not guarantee that the technology will work as intended or that a third party will not be able to access that confidential information. If you have any doubts about secure sending such information over the Internet, you should use an alternative ways of payment ( order by fax or through Google Checkout or PayPal Express Checkout )

  •Shipment & Delivery
    We use UPS, FedEx ground services for all products deliveries under 70 lbs in total. Normally, delivery time takes from 1 to 10 business days within the continental US. "Delivery time" does not include weekends and holidays. In some cases (due to product's shape and/or weight) we use independent freight companies. If this is your case, please, be advised that the freight company along with your delivery address also gets you phone number, so they will contact you regarding delivery date and time. If, for some reason a customer was not able to pick up the phone, the freight company will leave him/her a message asking to call them back to schedule delivery. Freight delivery usually takes between 4 to 14 days.
Note: The extraordinary circumstances may occur, and even the scheduled delivery may be failed. Please do not schedule your contractors job until you settle delivery time and date with a freight company. By using our Site you understand and agree that SaveonFaucet.com has no liability for any cost, lost, damage or harm occurring directly or indirectly in connection with any of the products ordered or received through the Site, including, but not limiting to delayed delivery. We understand that every dollar you spend you've earned. We do appreciate your business, and we will double our efforts to make you happy with your purchase.
Note: The Site is not responsible for mistakes made by customers in order's shipping address and/ or phone numbers, product's details (such as product finish/color, size, quantity, application and/ or installation method) or totally wrong ordered product. If you've supplied us with the wrong shipping address and/or phone number or the shipment was refused by you for any reason (including, but not limiting misunderstanding of product's application method) other then damage or incomplete, you as the consumer must and will take all responsibilities for this and pay 25 – 45% restocking fees and all shipping charges. If you find an internal damage, after you sign a delivery, please contact us ASAP.

    What can happen on delivery and how to avoid bad things:

   I. Double check your product upon delivery before signing the delivery list. Do not hurry up and don't sign the delivery form even without unpacking the package. Sometimes motor freight delivery guys are not the most friendly people in the world. But you have the right to inspect the product thoroughly and as long as you need before signing. So, take your time and inspect your purchase. If the item is visibly damaged or misses a piece, just write at the delivery receipt that the reason for refusal is damage or incomplete package. Then sign the delivery and notify us ASAP. Usually we sent you a replacement right away. But sometimes the product is out of stock and it might take several weeks till we get it. Please, allow 20-60 days for refund or exchange of damaged items occurred during freight delivery.
  If you sign the delivery without inspecting and the item occurs to be damaged or missed a piece:
   - You'll pay all shipping and handling fees to send the item back to a warehouse. And also keep in mind that shipping charge which was paid while placing an order is absolutely non-refundable.
   - Items that are damaged can only be returned for replacement. You will have only 7 days ( 3 days for DreamLine products) to notify us about the damaged product, missed a piece and/or a part product, starting the delivery date. We will not accept any claim after 7 days starting the delivery date. Failure to follow the terms may result in losing the right to compensation at all.

   II. Do not agree for waive of signature upon delivery.
  If you waive it, then  UPS or FedEx guys just leave the package at your door, if nobody is available to sign a delivery receipt. The Site does NOT carry any responsibility for missed packages, which are left by carriers at your door. However, we appreciate your business and try our best to solve the problem.

   III. Be prepared to unload you order from a freight delivery truck. 
  The freight delivery company is not responsible to unload your order from truck or lift your gate and carry an item into the building. We strongly recommend to have someone to help you with unloading the truck and carry an item inside.
Note: If you miss the delivery time of your item via freight delivery truck, you will be responsible for all additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by a freight company.

Note: We do not ship to or deliver at P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and GU, VI or PR addresses.
Note: Standard delivery rate is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please, contact us about cost and shipping information on these areas.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Note: There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday unless it is established with a customer and will require additional funds.
Note: If you've changed your mind and decided that you do not want the product any more and refuse delivery thus avoiding shipping charge to get the product back to warehouse, please, be advise that in this particular case the product is still considered to be a returned product and 15% - 45% restocking fee will be applied to order's refund. In this case shipping charge also is non-refundable.

  •Cancellation
  You can cancel an order and get full refund only if your order has "new" status. The status of your order you can see here. We need your name, order number and reason for your decision to the e-mail sales@saveonfaucet.com. The processed order cannot be cancelled over the weekend as the manufacturers do not open on Saturdays and Sundays. An order can only be cancelled if it is not in the shipping process. Shipping process considered to begin as soon as the product is loaded to delivery truck. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel the order. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order can be cancelled, but you will be charged a small fee which is 5% from your order's total amount.   •Returns & Replacements
  The Site will not grant any requests for exchanges under any circumstances. We accept exchange for damaged or defected products only.
  To return or to ask for replacement of any products, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. It might take up to 3 days to proceed RMA. The RMA number is valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. We do not accept unauthorized returns. All the returns after 30 days from the date of purchase must be handled directly by manufacturer warranty or provider.
  For Return Request and obtaining RMA you will need:
  - Original order number
  - Product model number and name of the product being returned
  - Reason for return
  - Your name and daytime phone number
  - Your e-mail address
  RMA numbers must be written outside of all returned packages. As soon as you ship the product back to our warehouse, please, email us parcel's tracking number. Items returned without an RMA will not be credited. You are solely responsible for risk of loss or damage during return transit.

Note: All return products must be in 100% resalable condition, in their original packaging (including repacking materials) with the bar code intact, and with all components, manuals and registration cards. No returns accepted for products without the manufacturer's original box.Note: Additional charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts without exceptions.
  As soon as we get your return, we inspect it at our warehouse. If the item is determined to have been installed or used in someway, credit will not be given and the item can be returned to you at your expenses. Please, allow 15 business days for the processing of returned merchandises.
  The following merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable at any circumstances:
  - Discontinued products by manufacturer;
  - Bath Tubs;
  - Service Parts;
  - Shower Doors;
  - Shower Bases;
  - Shower Enclosures;
  - Toilet Seats (as per health laws, toilet seats cannot be returned if the plastic sealing on the seat has been opened);
  - Toilets/Bidets;
  - Whirlpools.
  - Special order products.
Note: All items which are fully returned within 30 days and with no damages are the subjects of 25 – 45% restocking fee depending on manufacturer. If you order had a free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Calculation for refund: total price minus shipping cost and restocking fee.
Note: Special order products cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been shipped.
Note: Installed product cannot be returned.
Note: Discontinued by a manufacturer items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
Note: Exchange is possible only for the thoroughly preliminarily inspected defected or damaged items.
Note: All applicable fees (shipping, return shipping fees & est.) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all items, in all cases at any circumstances.
Note: All return parcels must be shipped prepaid.
Note: If you've changed you mind and decided that you do not want the product for some reason any more and refuse it on delivery, then this product automatically gains the status of the returned products and is subject for restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charge.
Note: We cannot replace defective items that have been installed. In this case please contact to the manufacturer for replacement.

  •Warranty
  All our items are covered by standard 30-day refund or return warranty, which starts from the date purchase, which is indicated on the invoice, unless otherwise is specified on the products' individual pages.
  The Site sells only high quality, brand new products. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live within the U.S., the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product. But some products can have limited warranty which is clearly stated in products documentation. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective within the first year of use, please contact product's manufacturers.
