•Purchases The options to make a purchase: a) using our on-line shopping cart; b) by fax. Once you have placed an order, you receive the e-mail confirmation letter. If you do not get it within a reasonable period of time, please contact us. The Credit Cards we accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express issued in United States. Sorry, but any other ways of payments are not acceptable. Note: Orders over $10,000 must be prepaid by wire transfer or company check. A $30.00 charge will be added to your account for checks returned for any reason. The financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.) that we require from you is used for billing purposes only. In order to serve you the best, credit card transactions are handled by a reputable third-party banking institution. Once the bank authorizes your credit card, we begin processing your order. All banking institutions and third parties, under strict obligation, keep the received personal information privately. As soon as we have verified your payment, your order is processed. If your item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail with the estimated time of processing, shipment. If an item is not scheduled for delivery within 10 days of your order, your order will have backorder status. As soon as an item comes back in stock we schedule the delivery, if otherwise is requested. Note: All information, such as: product function descriptions, items` images, finish info, special notes and etc.; is provided by our suppliers and manufacturers and revealed on our Site as unverified or unsubstantiated. Additionally, due to the differences in monitors, finish color of some items cannot be represented with all their true qualities. The images should only be considered a guide. For details on a particular item, please contact the manufacturer directly before making a purchase. Note: We try to be as accurate as possible in the content of the Site and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that any product, descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. SaveonFaucet.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed onto the product listed at an incorrect price. If an item was ordered at incorrect price, we will contact you before charging you. Sales Tax Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in New Jersey based on the prevailing rate of sales tax. Tax exempt organizations located in New Jersey must fax a copy of their tax exempt certificate and a copy of their invoice to 973-333-4028. Upon the receipt of this information we will remove all tax charges from the purchase. For all orders outside of New Jersey, no sales tax is charged. Note: Due to the different version of browsers and operating systems, the New Jersey Sales Tax may not be automatically calculated at the time of placing the order. In this case we will add NJ Sales Tax to your Total Amount. Security The Site does not sell, share or loan your confidential information which may identify you to unauthorized third parties. We are very particular at protecting your privacy. The information is used to process your order only. The Site uses encrypted technology to protect the information from unauthorized third parties. However, we can not guarantee that the technology will work as intended or that a third party will not be able to access that confidential information. If you have any doubts about secure sending such information over the Internet, you should use an alternative ways of payment ( order by fax) Special Orders If you find a product to buy, but are not satisfy with the finish, style or size, you should contact us via e-mail about your special requirements. •Shipment & Delivery We ship via UPS Ground Service for delivery. Normally, delivery time takes 1 - 7 days within the US. "Delivery time" does not include weekends and holidays In some cases (due to item’s shape and weight) we use private freight company to ship an item. Freight delivery usually takes between 4 to 14 days. Note: The extraordinary circumstances may occur, and even the scheduled delivery may be failed. Please do not schedule contractors until you order is delivered. By using our Site you understand and agree that SaveonFaucet.com has no liability for any cost, lost, damage or harm occurring directly or indirectly in connection with any of the products ordered or received through the Site, including the delayed delivery. We understand that every dollar you spend you’ve earned. We do appreciate your business, and we will double efforts to make you happy with your purchase. Note: The Site is not responsible for mistakes made by customers in order’s shipping address, item’s details (such as desired finish, size or quantity). If you gave the wrong shipping address to us or the shipment was refused by you for any other reason then damage or incomplete, you as the consumer must take responsibility for this and pay 25 – 45% restocking fees and all shipping charges. If you find an internal damage, after you sign a delivery, please contact us ASAP. What can happen on delivery and how to avoid bad things: I. Double check your item upon delivery. Do not hurry up and sign the delivery form even without unpacking the package.Sometimes UPS or FedEx guys are not the most friendly people in the world. But you have the right to inspect the product thoroughly as long as you need before signing. So, take your time and inspect your purchase. If the item is visibly damaged or missed a piece, just write at the delivery receipt that the reason for refusal is damage or incomplete package. Then sign the delivery and notify us ASAP. Please, allow 20-60 days for refund or exchange process for damaged items occurred by UPS/FedEx or a freight delivery company. If you sign the delivery without inspecting and the item occurs to be damaged or missed a piece: - You’ll pay all shipping and handling fees to send the item back to a warehouse. And also keep in mind that shipping charge which was paid while placing an order is absolutely nonrefundable. - Items that are damaged upon delivery can only be returned for replacement. You will have only 7 days from the delivery date, to notify us about the problem. We will not accept any claim after 7 days from the delivery date. Failure to follow the terms may result in losing the right to compensation. - If an item is missed a piece or a part, you have 30 days to claim it. II. Do not agree for waive of signature upon delivery. If you waive: UPS or FedEx guys just leave the package at your door, if nobody is available to sign a delivery receipt. The Site does NOT carry any responsibility for missed packages, which are left by carriers at your door. However, we appreciate your business and try our best to solve the problem. III. Be prepared to unload you order from a freight delivery truck. The freight delivery company is not responsible to unload your order from truck or lift your gate and carry an item into the building. We strongly recommend to have someone to help you with unloading the truck and carry an item inside. Note: If you miss the delivery time of your item via freight delivery truck, you will be responsible for all additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by a freight company.Note: We do not ship or deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and GU, VI or PR addresses. Note: Standard delivery rate is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please, contact us about cost and shipping information on these areas. Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Note: There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday unless it is established with a customer and will require additional funds. |

• Cancellation You can cancel an order and get full refund, if the item was not shipped to you. We need your name, order number and reason for your decision on the e-mail sales@saveonfaucet.com . The processed order cannot be cancelled over the weekend as the manufacturers do not open on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders can only be cancelled if they are not in the shipping process. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled, but you will be charged, less a 4% credit card transaction fee. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order. •Returns & Replacements The Site will not grant any requests for exchanges under any circumstances. We accept exchange for damaged or defected products only. To return or to ask for replacement of any item, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. The RMA number is valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. We do not accept unauthorized returns. All the returns after 30 days from the date of shipping must be handled directly by warranty provider or manufacturer. For Return Request and obtaining RMA you will need: - Original order number - Item ID and Title being returned - Reason for return - Your name and daytime phone number - Your e-mail address RMA numbers must be written on the outside of all returned packages and RMA form must be printed and enclose in to the package. Items returned without an RMA form will not be credited. You are solely responsible for risk of loss or damage during return transit. Note: All returned items must be “like – new” conditions, in the original packaging with the bar code intact, and with all components, manuals and registration cards. No returns accepted for Items without the manufacturer’s original box. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged will require a deduction charge. Note: Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts without exceptions. As soon as we get your return, we inspect at warehouse. If the item is determined to have been installed or used in someway, credit will not be given and the item can be returned to you at your expenses. Please, allow 15 business days for the processing of returned merchandise. The following merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable: - Discontinued products by manufacturer; - Bath Tubs; - Service Parts; - Shower Doors; - Shower Bases; - Shower Enclosures; - Toilet Seats (as per health laws, toilet seats cannot be returned if the plastic sealing on the seat has been opened); - Toilets/Bidets; - Whirlpools. Note: All items which are fully returned within 30 days and with no damages are the subjects of 25 – 45% restocking fee depending on manufacturer. Shipping cost is not refundable, even if was free shipping. Calculation for refund: total price minus shipping cost and restocking fee. Note: Special order items cannot be returned once they have shipped. Note: Installed product cannot be returned. Note: Discontinued by a manufacturer items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. Note: Exchange is possible only for the thoroughly preliminarily inspected defected or damaged items. Note: All applicable fees (shipping, return shipping fees & est.) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all items, in all cases. Note: All return parcels must be shipped prepaid. Note: We can't replace defective items that have been installed. In this case please contact to the manufacturer for replacement. |

• Warranty
All our items are covered by standard 30-day refund or return warranty, which starts from the date purchase, which is indicated on the invoice, unless otherwise is specified on the products' individual pages.
The Site sells only quality, brand new products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live within the U.S., the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product. But some products can have limited warranty which would be clearly mentioned on in item documentation. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective within the first year of use, please contact manufacturers. Note: The Site does not offer any specific technical support.
